Jerry and Kathy Burks of Bettendorf celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise family dinner orchestrated by their children on June 1 at Biaggi’s.
Jerry Burks and Kathy Anderson were married June 1, 1974, at New Windsor Calvary Lutheran Church in New Windsor, Ill.
They are the parents of Chris (Geraldine) Burks, Erika (Neal) Keppy, and Stephanie (Patrick) O’Flahrity. Their grandchildren are Carolyn, Hayden, Palmer and Morgan Keppy, and Natalie and Rylie O’Flahrity.
