Howard Ernest Skipton, age 74, formerly of Wilton, passed away Aug. 23, 2024, in Cebu, Philippines. Howard was born in July 14, 1950, to Ernest and Loraine (Jarr) Skipton. Howard married Amarita in 2007 in Cebu, Philippines. He will be missed by his wife, Amarita; two daughters, Angel and Laura; and son Luke; his brother, Dan (Cindy) Skipton; sisters Veva Much and Chris (Frank) Lascelles. He is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Loraine; brother Gary; brother-in-law John; and nephew Matt.
